I’d love to see a brief mention of the actual numbers used, though; you state this estimate “…includes a rough projection of operating cost (fuel, maintenance, taxes, fares and tolls, etc).” Does that mean the income stated is net, after subtracting these out, and if so what numbers were used for these elements?
